Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by narrating product heritage, conveying creative vision, and inspiring customer enthusiasm
- Welcome and advise each customer with attentiveness, professionalism, and elegance
- Execute sales transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Independently manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
- Receive, inspect, and merchandise incoming inventory
- Participate in after-sales service and perform basic watch repairs
- Maintain pristine boutique standards through meticulous organisation, cleanliness, and product presentation
Qualifications
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated success in a prior sales role
