Swatch Group seeks energetic Sales Associate for Deauville boutique. Full-time CDI role requiring B2 English and passion for luxury watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch product universe, communicate brand heritage and creativity, and inspire client enthusiasm
- Welcome and advise each client with attentiveness, professionalism, and elegance
- Execute sales transactions and manage cash handling
- Independently manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation
- Receive, verify, and merchandise incoming inventory
- Provide after-sales service and perform routine watch repairs
- Maintain boutique presentation standards through organization, cleanliness, and restocking
Qualifications
- Commercial or retail training with prior successful sales experience
- Demonstrated passion for horology, jewelry, and the luxury sector
- Strong product sensitivity and sector knowledge
- Excellent personal presentation and articulate communication
- Native or fluent-level French communication

First successful experience in retail sales or customer-facing luxury environment
