Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, brand-aligned customer experience to drive sales and conversion in the Swatch boutique.
- Advise customers on product features, styling and watch functionality; present collections with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while promoting add-ons and services.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, handle cash and card payments and manage returns/exchanges according to policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure presentation and stock rotation, and participate in stock counts and replenishment.
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory control.
- Contribute to in-store promotions and events and liaise with the store manager on local execution.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing retail experience, ideally in watches, jewellery, or fashion retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional manner.
- Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Reliability and flexibility to work scheduled shifts within the contract period (35 hours/week).
- Ability to learn product details quickly and to apply brand standards in-store.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in watchmaking, jewellery or luxury/fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational retail training is an advantage.
