Swatch seeks a Sales Associate for its Cannes boutique (Oct–Nov contract, 35h/week). French + English B2 required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the Swatch universe through compelling product storytelling and brand enthusiasm
- Welcome and counsel each client with professionalism, attentiveness, and refined manner
- Execute sales transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Independently manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
- Receive, quality-check, and merchandise incoming inventory
- Provide basic after-sales service and perform simple watch repairs
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards through meticulous merchandising, organization, and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Commercial qualification or equivalent background
- Demonstrated success in previous sales role
- Pronounced interest in horology, fine jewelry, or the luxury sector
- Strong product sensibility and sector knowledge
- Excellent personal presentation and refined verbal communication
- Native or near-native proficiency in French
Skills
Experience
A successful track record in a customer-facing sales environment, ideally within luxury retail, watches, or jewellery.
Education
Commercial or retail-related qualification preferred.
