Swatch Group seeks a Sales Associate (35h CDD, 02.05–31.05.2026) in Cannes, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, client-focused sales service in the Swatch boutique and build long-term client relationships (clienteling).
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive selling and appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand visual merchandising standards: window dressing, product display and housekeeping.
- Operate cash register/POS, process transactions, returns and receipts accurately; ensure cash handling and till reconciliation.
- Receive, unpack and organise stock; support inventory checks and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Participate in brand and product training sessions and apply product knowledge to client conversations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and local labour regulations during the contract period.
Qualifications
- Availability for the fixed-term contract: 35 hours per week, from 02.05.2026 to 31.05.2026.
- Legal right to work in France for the duration of the contract.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client service orientation.
- Professional presentation and a reliable, punctual attitude; ability to work retail hours including weekends.
- Basic numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and POS transactions.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; 0–2 years acceptable for an entry-level boutique role. Experience working with watch or accessory brands is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

This position is based in Cannes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, within easy reach of Nice.
