Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by recounting product narratives, communicating brand creativity, and inspiring client enthusiasm
- Welcome and advise each client with kindness, professionalism, and elegance
- Execute sales transactions and manage cash handling
- Independently manage store opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliation
- Receive, control, and merchandise incoming inventory
- Participate in after-sales service and execute routine repairs
- Maintain store appearance through organization, cleanliness, and shelf management
Qualifications
- Commercial training or equivalent background
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales role
- Strong interest in horology, jewelry, or luxury goods
- Product sensitivity and sound knowledge of the sector
- Excellent personal presentation and refined verbal communication
- Natural ease in interpersonal relationships
Skills
Experience
First successful experience in sales; familiarity with retail or luxury retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Commercial training or diploma in sales, retail, or a related discipline.
