Swatch Group — Sales Associate (fixed-term, 35h) in Bordeaux. Temporary retail role with Swatch from 02.05 to 31.05.2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, on-brand customer experience and actively advise customers on product features and styling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, client follow-up and clienteling techniques.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and manage accurate cash handling and refunds.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and keep sales floor and stockrooms organised.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Participate in brand and product training sessions and apply learnings to daily selling.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Available to work the contract period (02.05.2026–31.05.2026) and flexible to retail shift patterns, including weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet commercial objectives.
- Professional appearance and affinity for the Swatch brand, design and contemporary fashion.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; experience in watches, accessories or luxury/soft luxury retail is an advantage. Practical experience meeting sales targets and operating a POS is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or sales is advantageous.

This position is based in Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.
