Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of watches, movements and brand collections to advise clients accurately.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns, warranties and after‑sales processes in line with company procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, window displays and floor presentation to brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain client files in CRM, follow up on leads and coordinate appointments for private viewings and launches.
- Support inventory control: receive, count and reconcile stock; monitor shrinkage and report discrepancies.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives, launches, trunk shows and team training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and advise discerning clients.
- Familiarity with boutique operations: POS, cash handling, stock management and visual merchandising.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to support store events.
- Professional presentation and high ethical standards consistent with a luxury retail environment.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail or luxury sales experience; candidates with strong customer‑facing backgrounds and demonstrable sales performance will be considered.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or watchmaking is an advantage.
