Swatch Group: Sales Assistant (part-time, temporary) in Rome — boutique role on Via del Corso, delivering luxury watch retail service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to clients in the boutique, guiding product selection and demonstrating product features.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through professional client engagement, active selling and upselling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle cash, card and after-sales paperwork.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards, including visual merchandising, window displays and daily housekeeping.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform replenishment, assist with inventory counts and ensure correct product tagging.
- Build and maintain client records and follow up on leads and post-sale service enquiries according to brand procedures.
- Support store events, promotional activities and product launches as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth shift handovers and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality; boutique or luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and professional presentation.
- Numerical literacy and accuracy in handling transactions and stock records.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Ability to work under direction to meet sales KPIs and follow brand procedures.
- Right to work in Italy.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; prior experience in watches, jewelry or other luxury goods is an advantage.
Education
Secondary-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or sales is a plus.
