Hour Passion seeks a Sales Advisor (100%) at Zurich Airport to deliver luxury watch and jewellery sales with expert horology knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and advise customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attentiveness
- Maintain flawless product presentation and boutique aesthetics
- Showcase luxury brand collections and their heritage to optimal effect
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and cash handling with accuracy and care
Qualifications
- Demonstrable training or experience in sales, ideally in watches, jewellery, or luxury goods
- Deep knowledge of horology and watchmaking (mandatory requirement)
- Fluent German and English language skills, with additional languages as an advantage
- Professional appearance and refined personal presentation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Skills
Experience
Training or demonstrable experience in sales, preferably within the watches, jewellery, or luxury sector. Fundamental knowledge of horology and the ability to articulate brand heritage and timepiece craftsmanship are essential.
Education
Sales training or relevant vocational qualification in retail or luxury goods is preferred.
