Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA seeks a Sales Advisor for a part-time position at its Shop-in-Shop location within Manor Vevey. The successful candidate will welcome clients and deliver personalized service across the company's prestigious watch and jewelry brands (Swatch, Tissot, Balmain, Mido, Rado, Hamilton, and Certina). Responsibilities include daily store operations, point-of-sale management, product merchandising, and internal procedure compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients with personalized service tailored to their needs
- Actively participate in daily store operations and support the sales team
- Manage cash register operations and complete point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain optimal visual presentation of products in the sales space while adhering to merchandising standards
- Apply and ensure compliance with internal company procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and polished appearance
- Proficiency with administrative tasks and point-of-sale systems
