Swatch Group seeks Sales Associate in Salzburg, Austria for new Breguet & Blancpain luxury boutique. Full-time, EUR 3,500/month base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional consultation and bespoke customer service in alignment with luxury retail standards
- Execute active sales of premium timepieces from the Breguet and Blancpain collections
- Present products according to established merchandising and display guidelines
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and process customer inquiries efficiently
- Provide comprehensive after-sale service and support to enhance customer retention
- Maintain optimal stock disposition, organize inventory, and ensure proper warehouse management
- Participate in inventory counts and boutique promotional activities
- Maintain the boutique's presentation and cleanliness to luxury standards
Qualifications
- Multiple years of professional retail experience in the luxury sector or comparable high-end retail environment
- Demonstrated mastery of sales techniques and consultative selling methodology
- Exceptional communication skills and warm, professional demeanor
- Passion for fine craftsmanship and luxury horological products
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented work approach
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous

Education
