Swatch Group Les Boutiques — Sales Advisor (full-time) in Geneva. Provide luxury client service and drive sales in a Swiss watch boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise sales conversion in a luxury watch environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, effective product presentation and tailored client recommendations.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the group’s watch brands and communicate technical and heritage attributes with confidence.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, client records and follow-up activities to ensure an outstanding after-sales experience and client retention.
- Uphold boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock integrity and presentation, and participate in inventory control and store replenishment.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues and corporate teams to support events, launches and clienteling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing retail skills with a strong service orientation; experience in luxury retail or watches is highly desirable.
- Polished professional presence, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage high-net-worth clientele.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to convert enquiries into sales while maintaining brand-appropriate client experience.
- Flexible approach to boutique operations, including participation in events and occasional extended hours.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury goods, watches or jewelry; demonstrable success in client-facing roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or horology is advantageous.
