Swatch Group seeks part-time Sales Advisor for Breguet Blancpain luxury watches in Salzburg, Austria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized sales consultations for Breguet and Blancpain luxury timepieces to discerning clientele
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster long-term brand loyalty
- Achieve individual sales targets whilst upholding the highest standards of luxury service
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of mechanical watchmaking heritage and technical specifications
- Ensure boutique presentation and product displays reflect luxury brand positioning
- Contribute to a seamless omnichannel retail experience aligned with Swatch Group standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environments
- Passion for horology, mechanical watches, or Swiss watchmaking heritage
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Client-facing experience with proven ability to build rapport with discerning customers
- Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team environment
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, watches, or high-end client services is preferred. Background in hospitality or premium brand environments is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; additional training in watchmaking, luxury retail, or related fields is an asset.
