Swatch Group (Breguet/Blancpain) seeks a full-time Sales Advisor in Salzburg to deliver haute horlogerie client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, atelier-level client service and personalised clienteling consistent with Breguet and Blancpain brand standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and opportunity conversion.
- Maintain exhaustive product knowledge of complications, movements and heritage narratives to educate and counsel clients.
- Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock management, inventory reconciliation and visual merchandising.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-up, after‑sales care and coordination with service teams.
- Execute brand merchandising directives, maintain display integrity and participate in in-store events and private client appointments.
- Adhere to compliance, cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures while safeguarding client confidentiality and data protection.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury watch or high-end jewellery retail, preferably within haute horlogerie.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Refined interpersonal and presentation skills; polished professional appearance and manner.
- Familiarity with watch movements, complications and brand heritage; formal horology training is an advantage.
- Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings to support boutique trading hours and client events.

Typically requires 2+ years of direct retail experience in luxury watches or jewellery, with demonstrable sales performance and client development achievements.
Education
Secondary education completed; vocational or commercial training in retail, sales or horology preferred.
