Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA in Basel seeks a full-time Sales Advisor for the Manor shop-in-shop to deliver luxury client service and drive multibrand watch sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients in a high-end, multibrand watch and jewellery environment.
- Advise customers on product features, provenance and technical attributes across the represented brands and guide purchase decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards within the Manor shop‑in‑shop.
- Operate POS systems accurately, process transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, replenish displays and report discrepancies.
- Provide after‑sales support, including warranty handling and coordination with service teams.
- Collaborate with Manor staff and the Les Boutiques team to ensure seamless customer experience and sales operations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably 1–2 years in luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Strong client‑facing skills with a demonstrated ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
- Solid numeracy and cash‑handling reliability; familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Professional demeanour, excellent presentation and punctuality.
Skills
Experience
At least 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury goods, watches or jewellery. Experience in a multibrand or department‑store shop‑in‑shop setting is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related field; additional training or certification in watch knowledge is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Basel, Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.
