Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service during all customer interactions to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, cross-selling and effective product presentation.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, replenish floor stock, conduct inventory counts and prepare items for dispatch.
- Support in-store marketing and promotional activities, including window dressing and campaign rollouts.
- Handle customer enquiries, after-sales service and warranty processes in accordance with brand policy.
- Ensure the boutique is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, security and customer accessibility.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or boutique sales experience; experience with watches, jewelry or accessories is an advantage.
- Able to work a 35-hour weekly schedule and available for the contract period 02/05/2026–31/05/2026.
- Comfortable working weekends and flexible shift patterns typical of retail operations.
- Right to work in France and familiarity with local retail regulations and point-of-sale procedures.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred; prior exposure to watches, jewelry, or luxury accessories will be considered a strong asset.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); vocational training in retail or sales is a plus.
