Swatch Group — Retail Sales Associate (temporary contract) in Saint-Tropez. Short-term boutique sales role (02.05–31.05.2026, 35h/week).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused service to boutique customers, proactively driving sales and clienteling.
- Present and demonstrate watches and accessories with detailed product knowledge and brand-consistent storytelling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and perform accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation and replenishment.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, loss-prevention protocols and corporate compliance requirements.
- Contribute to team targets and report customer feedback and market insights to store management.
Qualifications
- Availability to work the fixed-term campaign: 35 hours per week from 02.05.2026 to 31.05.2026, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong numeracy and proven experience handling cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards.
- Professional presentation and a customer-centric demeanour.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or luxury goods is advantageous. Experience in temporary or seasonal retail assignments is a plus.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or vocational qualification in retail, commerce or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Saint-Tropez, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, with easy access to Nice.
