Swatch is seeking an energetic, personable Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand, deliver memorable customer experiences and contribute to boutique sales targets. Responsibilities include sales, payments, store operations, merchandising, after-sales service and simple repairs; the role is a permanent CDI, 35 hours per week, covering Paris and the Île-de-France region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, conveying the brand’s creativity and inspiring customer enthusiasm.
- Welcome and advise each customer with warmth, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement merchandising.
- Assist with after-sales service and carry out simple repairs.
- Keep the store immaculate through organization, cleanliness and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Commercial training and an initial successful experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent personal presentation, polished verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- English at B2 level or higher, with the ability to interact comfortably with international customers.
- Additional languages are an asset.
