Swatch Group seeks an energetic, enthusiastic retail sales associate to embody the Swatch brand spirit in the 6th arrondissement boutique in Paris. The successful candidate will deliver memorable customer experiences by sharing the Swatch universe, guiding international clientele through product collections, driving sales performance, and maintaining impeccable store standards. This role encompasses point-of-sale operations, inventory management, merchandising, basic customer service repairs, and independent management of store opening and closing procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by communicating product heritage, creativity, and innovation to customers
- Welcome and advise clients with professionalism, elegance, and attentiveness
- Execute sales transactions and manage cash register operations
- Independently manage store opening and closing procedures and cash handling
- Receive, control, and merchandise incoming inventory
- Participate in customer service and perform basic watch repairs
- Maintain an impeccable store environment through organization, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Commercial education or training
- Demonstrated success in sales
- Strong interest in horology, jewelry, and luxury goods
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of the luxury watch sector
- Excellent presentation and refined verbal communication
- Ability to interact comfortably with diverse clientele
Skills
Experience
First successful sales experience in retail or customer-facing environment, preferably within luxury goods, watches, jewelry, or related sectors.
