Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer service, greeting clients and tailoring advice to individual needs.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through active selling, product demonstrations and suggestive cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain expert product knowledge of watches, straps and accessories to advise on features, care and after-sales.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Support boutique visual standards and merchandising, ensuring product presentation meets brand guidelines.
  • Receive, inspect and replenish stock; maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
  • Build client relationships and maintain basic clienteling records to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in France and availability for a fixed-term contract: 35 hours/week from 02.05.2026 to 31.05.2026.
  • Proven interpersonal and customer-service skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Prior retail or sales experience preferred, ideally within watches, jewelry or luxury accessories.
  • Basic numeracy and proven ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.
  • Attention to detail, strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain brand merchandising standards.

Experience
