Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service, greeting clients and tailoring advice to individual needs.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through active selling, product demonstrations and suggestive cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge of watches, straps and accessories to advise on features, care and after-sales.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support boutique visual standards and merchandising, ensuring product presentation meets brand guidelines.
- Receive, inspect and replenish stock; maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Build client relationships and maintain basic clienteling records to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Right to work in France and availability for a fixed-term contract: 35 hours/week from 02.05.2026 to 31.05.2026.
- Proven interpersonal and customer-service skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred, ideally within watches, jewelry or luxury accessories.
- Basic numeracy and proven ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.
- Attention to detail, strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain brand merchandising standards.

Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in watches, jewelry or luxury goods; candidates with strong customer-service aptitude and boutique experience will be prioritized.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or horology is a plus.
