Swatch Group seeks a Retail Controller in Eindhoven to manage retail operations and financial reporting across luxury watch brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze retail sales performance across wholesale and retail distribution channels in the Netherlands
- Oversee inventory management, stock allocation, and warehouse operations for watch and jewelry shipments
- Manage financial reporting and reconciliation for retail point-of-sale systems
- Ensure compliance with regional sales targets, promotional calendars, and pricing directives
- Coordinate between headquarters and independent retailers, Swatch boutiques, and specialty stores
- Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards for management review
- Support the optimization of retail operations across company-owned stores and wholesale partners
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations, finance, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with retail management systems, ERP software, and financial analysis tools
