Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Produce timely retail financial reporting, including monthly P&L, margin and variance analysis for the Dutch market and brand network.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and rolling financial plans for owned stores and wholesale retail channels; monitor performance against targets and propose corrective actions.
- Control and reconcile retail inventory and stock valuation; investigate shrinkage, slow-moving items and stock transfers.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards and ad hoc analyses to inform commercial decisions, promotions and pricing strategies.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities relevant to retail operations, ensuring accuracy of transactional postings and allocation of costs.
- Partner with commercial, operations and supply‑chain colleagues to translate financial insight into store-level actions and process improvements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures for retail receipts, cash handling, and revenue recognition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Demonstrable knowledge of retail accounting principles, inventory valuation and P&L management.
- Strong analytical ability with proven experience developing management reports and commercial analyses.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insight to non‑financial stakeholders.

Experience
Approximately 3+ years of experience in retail or commercial finance, controlling or accounting—preferably within fashion, watchmaking, luxury retail or multi‑brand distribution environments. Experience working with distributed store networks and multi‑channel sales is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or comparable discipline.
