Swatch Group seeking Sales Associate for flagship Paris boutique. Full-time CDI role in luxury watch retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultation on Swatch timepieces and luxury watch collections
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and product knowledge
- Execute sales transactions and process customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or luxury goods environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques and customer engagement
- Professional communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Passion for horology or luxury retail
Skills
Experience
1 to 3 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in the luxury watches or fashion sector.
Education
Secondary education (baccalauréat) or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training is a plus.
