Swatch Group seeks experienced Regional Sales Manager in Singapore to lead regional sales strategy and team across luxury watch brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with Group objectives across assigned territory
- Lead and manage regional sales team performance, coaching and mentoring direct reports
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, retailers, and distribution partners
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion through strategic account management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business decisions
- Implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to maximize brand visibility and conversion
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in regional or territory sales management within luxury goods or watches
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of retail and B2B sales channels in the luxury sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple organizational levels
- Strategic mindset with ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or country-level management role, ideally within the luxury watches, jewelry, or high-end consumer goods sector
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
