The Swatch Group seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage commercial relationships with authorized retailers, department stores, and multi-brand boutiques across 56 French departments. Reporting to the Brand Director, this role encompasses the execution of Hamilton's marketing and commercial strategies through selective distribution management, product presentation, visual merchandising optimization, and performance analysis within a dedicated territory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives established by the Brand Director
- Develop and manage the selective distribution network within the assigned territory
- Present products and brand services to retail partners
- Ensure superior customer relationship management and service delivery
- Introduce new collections to retailers and support product merchandising
- Optimize inventory assortment and stock levels across all client accounts, balancing bestsellers, new introductions, and product depth
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive economic performance
- Submit tour reports and market intelligence to the Brand Director
- Increase brand visibility in partner boutiques through window placement negotiation, event coordination, and visual merchandising execution aligned with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful on-field commercial experience
- Higher education in commerce or business development
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to motivate retail partners
- Demonstrated organizational and planning capabilities
- Valid driver's license (Permis B mandatory)
- Knowledge of selective distribution and horology is advantageous

Minimum 3 years of proven field-based commercial experience within the luxury retail or selective distribution sector, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing wholesale accounts.
Education
Higher education qualification in commerce, business development, or equivalent commercial discipline.
