Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee retail operations for Swatch and Flik Flak stores in the designated region.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Manage and mentor store managers to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are consistently met.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, with a focus on luxury goods or fashion.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
