Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact: welcome visitors, manage check-ins and maintain a professional reception area.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, direct calls and take accurate messages.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, receive deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support to on-site teams, including basic data entry and calendar coordination.
- Cover for reception and administrative colleagues during vacation and sick leave as required.
- Maintain records of visitors and ensure adherence to site security and access procedures.

- Customer-service oriented with polished interpersonal skills and professional deportment.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently within defined hours and to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
