Swatch Group is hiring a Receiving Clerk to process inbound shipments, maintain receiving and freight records, route merchandise, and support inventory accuracy and daily warehouse operations. The role requires at least two years of receiving or warehouse experience, physical capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and flexible scheduling, including overtime as needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, process, and store inbound shipments efficiently.
- Handle merchandise accurately and maintain receiving records and documentation.
- Support inventory accuracy.
- Unload inbound freight and process receiving paperwork.
- Route products to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain inbound and outbound freight records.
- Interact professionally with vendors and delivery personnel.
- Support daily warehouse operations in accordance with company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- At least two years of receiving or warehouse experience, preferably in the jewelry, watch, cosmetics, sunglasses, or luxury goods industries.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to process receiving documentation accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stretch throughout the workday.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed based on business demands.
