Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage stock ordering and replenishment across all distribution channels (corporate retail, wholesale, duty free and online marketplaces) to ensure SKU availability and sales continuity.
  • Monitor inventory movements and levels continuously to maintain optimal stock positions and minimise obsolescence.
  • Define and maintain target-stock and model-stock parameters for each corporate point-of-sale and online store, adjusting allocations by channel and location.
  • Operate and administrate the e-marketplace store(s); liaise with internal buyers and external customers to resolve order or fulfilment issues and ensure end-to-end marketplace operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, brand headquarters and sales teams to support merchandising displays, POSM ordering and brand fixtures deployment.
  • Work with logistics and customs teams to manage import clearance and inbound flow to warehouses and stores.
  • Implement price setups for new products and manage price adjustments across channels.
  • Produce and deliver monthly reports including sales, stock and ad-hoc analyses as requested by the Brand Manager.
  • Support marketing activities and documentation related to launches, promotions and channel campaigns.
  • Partner with the sales team to translate inventory strategy into actions that help achieve team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to perform quantitative analysis and translate data into inventory and replenishment decisions.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple channels and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with suppliers, HQ and cross‑functional teams (local language and English preferred).
  • High level of commercial awareness and understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics.

Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) ERP systems (experience with SAP preferred) E‑commerce marketplace management and store administration Sales and inventory reporting MS PowerPoint and Google Sheets

Experience

Typically 2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning or product planning within retail, wholesale or consumer goods; experience in watches or fashion retail and omnichannel distribution is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing or related field.
