Swatch Group seeks experienced Prestige Watchmaker in Miami, FL to service luxury Swiss watches including Breguet and Blancpain with WOSTEP/BHI certification.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform partial, exchange, and traditional service operations on prestige brand watches in accordance with specific brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Organize and manage allocated work to ensure completion within established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Identify and order required spare parts for watch servicing
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisor and technical administration team regarding workflow issues, delays, or technical concerns
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure operational continuity, including equipment and tool maintenance and consumables procurement
  • Verify that all required services have been completed and watches are ready for customer delivery

Qualifications

  • WOSTEP or BHI certification, or equivalent formal watchmaking accreditation
  • Proven experience servicing luxury Swiss-made watches from prestige brands
  • Omega brand training and experience desirable but not required
  • Impeccable attention to detail with ability to follow and switch between complex technical instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward defined performance targets and SLAs
  • Self-motivated with commitment to long-term career development within Swatch Group

Experience

Significant experience servicing a variety of luxury Swiss-made watches, with particular familiarity with prestige brand timepieces. Experience working toward defined targets and managing workflow within Service Level Agreements required.

Education

Formal watchmaking education or equivalent accreditation; WOSTEP or BHI certification strongly preferred. Brand-specific training in luxury watch servicing will be provided.
