Role & Responsibilities

- Execute quality control and final inspection of serviced timepieces, documenting interventions and parts usage in after‑sales systems.
- Maintain and calibrate specialised bench equipment and tools (timing machine, microscope, ultrasonic cleaner, hand presses), ensuring workshop compliance with technical and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with after‑sales, parts logistics and customer service teams to prioritise repairs, source spare parts and provide technical feedback to the brand.
- Preserve brand presentation and packaging standards when returning watches to clients; advise on care and preventative maintenance when required.
Qualifications
- Formal watchmaking qualification (e.g., WOSTEP, Swiss vocational diploma, or equivalent) or proven equivalent apprenticeship training.
- Minimum manual dexterity and visual acuity to work at micrometric tolerances; ability to use loupes and microscopes for extended periods.
- Deep understanding of mechanical calibres, escapements, chronograph systems and complications commonly found in prestige timepieces.
- Strong adherence to Swiss luxury quality standards, attention to finish, and respect for original components and provenance.
- Fluent English sufficient for technical documentation and cross‑team collaboration; additional language skills beneficial but not required.
