Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised customer service to B2C and B2B clients via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Manage enquiries relating to servicing, repairs, warranties, quotations, spare parts, and product information
  • Coordinate repair administration, prepare estimates, and monitor repair progress with proactive client communication
  • Process customer payments, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with basic diagnostics and product exchanges
  • Manage spare parts inventory and transactions using SAP
  • Liaise with international Brand Headquarters regarding repairs, spare parts, and service requests
  • Maintain comprehensive customer, repair, and inventory records
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Brand General Managers, Watchmakers, boutiques, retailers, and internal teams
