Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium customer service across all three prestige watch brands (Breguet, Blancpain, Glashütte Original)
  • Process and manage customer inquiries, orders, and service requests with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and database management
  • Coordinate with international brand teams and manufacturing partners
  • Provide administrative support to the prestige watch division
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and client experience standards

Qualifications
