Swatch Group is seeking a PLM Business Analyst to co-own PLM evolution projects, lead project delivery and manage Simulation services and digital transformation initiatives. The role supports Group users and collaborates with brands, manufacturing entities and multidisciplinary teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-own Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) evolution projects and contribute to Swatch Group’s digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  • Analyze business requirements and design innovative solutions using Dassault Systèmes technologies.
  • Lead and coordinate projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Serve as Simulation Service Owner for Swatch Group companies, managing solutions including SIMULIA (Abaqus, Simpack, CST Studio), Ansys, Forge and Sigmasoft.
  • Provide functional and technical support to Simulation users across the Group.
  • Manage projects using Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies in collaboration with Swatch Group brands and manufacturing entities.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including migrating companies to the 3DEXPERIENCE collaborative platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure continuous improvement of PLM processes and solutions.

  • Technical degree, Higher Technical School diploma (Swiss HF/ES) or equivalent qualification in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development or a related field.
  • Good understanding of product design, development and industrialization processes, ideally within the microtechnology and/or watchmaking industry.
  • Knowledge of PLM solutions, Simulation (FEM, MBD, EM) and/or CAD environments is an asset.
  • Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE and/or CATIA V5 is an advantage.
  • Native French or German speaker with good working knowledge of the other language.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Experience
