Swatch Group seeks Payroll Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to manage payroll processing, compliance, and compensation administration for its watch manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary payments
- Maintain compliance with Malaysian employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, and tax filings
- Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, pension, and other compensation components
- Manage payroll system administration and maintain detailed payroll records
- Coordinate with finance and human resources departments regarding compensation matters
- Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management review
- Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits administration
- Ensure accurate year-end processing and statutory filings such as income tax returns and EA forms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of payroll administration experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law, tax regulations, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements
- Proficiency with payroll software systems and HRIS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical tasks

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on payroll administration experience, preferably within a multinational organization, manufacturing environment, or group with multiple entities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
