Swatch Group seeks Payroll Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to manage payroll processing, compliance, and compensation administration for its watch manufacturing operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary payments
  • Maintain compliance with Malaysian employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, and tax filings
  • Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, pension, and other compensation components
  • Manage payroll system administration and maintain detailed payroll records
  • Coordinate with finance and human resources departments regarding compensation matters
  • Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management review
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits administration
  • Ensure accurate year-end processing and statutory filings such as income tax returns and EA forms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of payroll administration experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law, tax regulations, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements
  • Proficiency with payroll software systems and HRIS platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical tasks
