Swatch Group seeks Payroll & Benefits Coordinator in Miami, FL to manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files
  • Coordinate benefits administration including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
  • Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries
