Swatch Group Italia hiring Operations Specialist in Milan to coordinate logistics, optimize processes, and support retail expansion across Swatch and Flik Flak brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational workflows and logistics across headquarters and retail locations
- Optimize business processes and identify efficiency improvements
- Support the opening and management of new corporate stores and boutiques
- Maintain communications and data management across departments
- Monitor operational metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless operations
