Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the microtechnology team, fostering innovation and technical excellence within the group
- Oversee development of innovative horological products, subsystems, and components using advanced microtechnology
- Direct internal research projects across multiple technical domains aligned with horological advancement
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external universities and research institutes
