The Swatch Group seeks a Marketing Manager for OMEGA France to drive brand development and market growth in the French territory. This nine-month contract role reports to the OMEGA France Direction and encompasses strategy formulation, campaign execution, event management, and team leadership across corporate, retail, and wholesale channels. The incumbent will orchestrate the complete marketing roadmap—from media planning and digital initiatives to visual merchandising optimization—while managing budget allocation and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and orchestrate the OMEGA France marketing plan to build brand awareness and drive market growth on the French market
- Develop local marketing strategy integrating media, digital, events, and visual merchandising while adapting international brand strategy to local market specifications
- Design and deploy operational marketing plan covering corporate, press, retail, and wholesale activities in collaboration with relevant teams
- Establish an event calendar for the French market including corporate, press, retail, and wholesale events
- Create local media plan with support from the Swatch Group's integrated media agency, ensuring optimal visibility across print, digital, and out-of-home channels
- Propose and implement digital initiatives to strengthen brand presence
- Maximize visibility in retail and wholesale distribution networks through visual merchandising execution
- Ensure cohesive and attractive brand presence across all customer touchpoints
- Build, manage, and monitor the overall brand budget, ensuring investments are linked to relevant and measurable ROI
- Oversee marketing team execution aligned with objectives for visibility, awareness, and desirability while respecting budget constraints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure 360-degree project and operations implementation
- Serve as liaison between the French market and headquarters to ensure full operational visibility and provide constructive feedback
- Deliver monthly reports to senior leadership covering all operations implemented in the market
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring cohesion and performance
- Define individual and collective team objectives in alignment with brand strategy
- Supervise, coach, and regularly evaluate team performance with constructive feedback
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment while encouraging professional and personal development
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Significant experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in luxury goods or horology
- Demonstrated strategic vision with ability to analyze and adjust performance accordingly
- Strong command of budget management and priority-setting
- Solid competencies in cross-functional project management and coordination
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, with horology expertise as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English proficiency

Significant experience in marketing, preferably within a luxury goods environment or horology sector. Track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading marketing teams in competitive markets.
Education
