The Swatch Group seeks a Managing Director for I·C·B Ingénieurs Conseils in Neuchâtel, Switzerland to lead patent portfolio management and R&D operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct all operations and strategic initiatives for the Neuchâtel office
- Oversee management of the Group's extensive patent portfolio and patent-related matters
- Lead coordination of R&D activities in nanomechanical, nanoelectronic, and Bluetooth technology fields
- Manage relationships with The Swatch Group Ltd and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with Group objectives
- Ensure compliance with intellectual property regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive leadership or general management roles
