Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and relationship management for Breguet and Blancpain clientele in the Salzburg boutique.
- Present and demonstrate haute horology timepieces with authoritative product knowledge of movements, complications and provenance.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and up-selling of accessories and after‑sales services.
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with brand guidelines and merchandising directives.
- Manage stock movements, inventory controls and accurate record keeping; assist with stock receptions and stocktakes.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure compliance with payment and security procedures.
- Coordinate after-sales referrals and liaise with service centres for repairs, warranties and technical follow-up.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives, in-store events and trunk shows to grow the client base and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience selling luxury watches or jewellery in a boutique environment, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Deep interest in and ability to quickly master haute horology product knowledge, including movements and complications.
- Polished interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term client relationships and a personal client book.
- Professional presentation, discretion handling high‑value products and strong commercial acumen.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and occasional evenings for events and launches.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury watch or jewellery retail, ideally within a brand boutique or authorised retailer environment.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in retail, sales or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Brand or product-specific training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be located in Salzburg, Salzburg, Austria.
