Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation and styling guidance to clientele across Swatch Group's luxury watch portfolio
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all brand collections and technical specifications
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain retail environment presentation
- Process transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
