The Swatch Group (Deutschland) seeks a Syndikusanwalt (In-house Legal Counsel) in Eschborn, Germany to provide comprehensive legal support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide in-house legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters
- Review and manage contracts
- Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence
- Support business operations within the luxury watches sector
- Represent company interests in legal proceedings
Qualifications
- Valid German law degree (Staatsexamen or equivalent)
- Bar admission (Anwaltszulassung) in Germany or EU equivalent
- Professional liability insurance for legal practitioners
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in in-house legal counsel, corporate law, or commercial law within the luxury goods, retail, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
Education
Law degree (Universitätsabschluss Rechtswissenschaften) with completion of German legal training (Referendariat) and bar admission.
Workplace
This position is based in Eschborn, Hesse, Germany, within easy reach of Frankfurt.
