Role & Responsibilities
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to the Tissot business on a broad range of commercial and corporate law matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including distribution, supplier, licensing, sponsorship and service agreements.
- Support corporate governance, internal policies and compliance initiatives; assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risk.
- Coordinate and manage external counsel for litigation, arbitration and specialised legal mandates.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, product) to support international projects and business rollouts.
- Prepare legal memoranda, briefs and training for business teams; contribute to contract templates and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in law (Master of Laws, lic. iur. or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Swiss commercial and corporate law; familiarity with cross‑border (EU) regulatory frameworks advantageous.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills tailored to commercial transactions.
- Proven ability to translate legal risk into business‑oriented solutions and to advise non‑legal stakeholders.
- Professional integrity, discretion and experience working with external counsel.

Experience
At least 3–5 years of relevant in‑house or law firm experience in commercial and corporate law, preferably with exposure to international contracts and consumer goods or luxury brands.
Education
Law degree (Master of Laws / lic. iur. or equivalent). Admission to the Swiss bar preferred.
