Swatch Group seeks Junior HR Business Partner in Biel, Switzerland—entry-level HR role supporting retail distribution networks.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business managers to identify and address human resources challenges and opportunities
  • Support the design and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across retail locations
  • Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development activities
  • Contribute to HR data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
