Swatch Group seeks a Junior Controller in Vienna to support analyses, reporting, forecasts and process digitization. The role is 30 hours per week, with a possible future increase to 38.5 hours; gross monthly pay starts at €3,500 on a full-time basis, paid 14 times per year, with possible overpayment based on experience and qualifications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting and support budget and forecasting processes.
- Analyze revenue, costs and business performance metrics, and present findings for relevant audiences.
- Ensure the quality and plausibility of financial and operational data.
- Assist with monthly closing activities and internal and external audits.
- Support administrative areas including contract, insurance, facilities and fleet management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support the digitization and automation of controlling and reporting processes.
- Support point-of-sale audits in stores and boutiques.
- Contribute to group-wide projects and system implementations.
- Provide cover for basic IT questions.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training.
- Very good Excel skills and strong affinity for working with numbers.
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and SAP is desirable.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Analytical thinking and a structured, precise approach to work.
- Interest in data management, digitization, automation and process optimization.
