Swatch Group is seeking a Junior Accountant for its Warsaw office. The role covers bank and cash entries, employee settlements, accruals, transport and courier invoices, payment entry, invoice approvals, and account reconciliations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Record bank statements.
- Post daily cash reports.
- Record employee settlements.
- Post accruals and deferrals.
- Record invoices for transport and courier services.
- Enter payments into the bank.
- Manage the invoice approval workflow on the intranet platform.
- Reconcile balances with business partners.
- Reconcile accounting balances.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Motivation to work and learn in this field.
- Basic knowledge of English, as the accounting system is in English.
- Accuracy and good work organization.
- Communication skills and openness.
