The Swatch Group seeks an IT Systems Analyst to strengthen its IS team and drive performance and evolution of enterprise tools. As a key functional liaison between IT and business departments, this role encompasses SAP platform expertise (MM, SD, FI, CO modules), retail solution oversight (CBR, MyStores), user support, process documentation, and participation in system improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will manage functional requirements, diagnose and resolve anomalies, conduct user testing, and facilitate technology adoption across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as functional reference for SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO) and associated tools (aCSis), acting as key liaison between IT department and business stakeholders
- Provide functional user support and oversee retail solutions (CBR, MyStores)
- Monitor batch processes and IDocs; analyze, diagnose, and resolve system anomalies
- Develop and maintain functional documentation and business process mapping
- Gather and analyze business requirements for IT projects and system enhancements
- Conduct impact analysis, lead user testing phases, and support solution deployment and adoption
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP (MM, SD, FI, CO modules)
- Demonstrated expertise in retail and business environments
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (business and IT teams)
