Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance matters
  • Support senior management on strategic business decisions with legal and risk assessment perspectives
  • Protect and enhance brand integrity through trademark, intellectual property, and consumer protection compliance
  • Manage regulatory obligations across Australian federal and state jurisdictions
  • Oversee legal documentation and contract management across the Australian operations

Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice law in Australia (currently eligible to practice or with admission in progress)
